Captures the page's HTML and CSS, then turns it into a DESIGN.md — the open format Google Labs published for describing a design system to coding agents. Everything stays in your browser: the API key and the capture live in localStorage. Because of CORS, captures run through a small helper you start on your computer — we do not host that proxy for you.
